PayPal Donation Link

I didn’t think to do this yesterday, but since some have enquired about it, I do have a PayPal Donation Link that’s always been in my About Me section here on the blog. If you’re able to give, it would be so appreciated. Every little bit helps. Once I find a place to live I will need to cover moving expenses so some have suggested I might look into some kind of GoFundMe for that. I’m not sure what the difference would be going through that service or PayPal but if anyone knows anything about it please send me a message sharing your knowledge of these things. I don’t like asking for help. Friends and family who know me in person know that even though I have a lot of challenges and disabilities I try my best to do all I can on my own. But I’m exhausted. I’m sick. None of this is good for my health and I know I sound desperate and it’s because I am. Thanks again to Michael Raven for reblogging my post yesterday and for those who have reached out because of it. I am so appreciative of the friends and community I have here on WordPress.

Donate Here if you are able to help. I know times are tough for pretty much everyone. Much love to all.

  1. Peace and blessings, Jenn. I am going to be sending up prayers on my end and donating soon. I know something has to give, and I pray that it will. πŸ™πŸΎπŸ©΅

  2. Oh my, Jennifer, what is going on (I recall you saying you were shutting down your social media accounts)? I assume you are on disability, due to your severe health issues. I also assume you have contacted your local Disability Resource Center. Do you have a local Human Resources Department? They should be able to help hook you up with a proper organization, or shelter. I used to own and operate an adult family home, which was funded by the DHS. There must be similar programs in Michigan. You usually have to go through a secondary party, which finds and places you in an Adult Family Home, and pays all expenses. Ther program I worked with was Inclusa. I am not sure if they operate in Michigan. Your Human Resources Department should be able to help you.

My prayers are with you, Jennifer. Think positive, there is help out there. Another source would be your local Church. Catholic Social Services is a fantastic organization to work with, if the others fail.

    1. Hi Cheryl. Thank you, I am tapping every resource available for me. The adult foster care system is even more expensive than assisted living here and I have been told there are no programs to pay for the room and board part. However, I’m having some help from family, I just have to wait on wait lists for my own place, but I have been promised I won’t be on the street. Things can change in a day. I’m good until July and after it will be challenging for a bit, but I’m not giving up. πŸ’œ
